Potato Pancakes

Freshly shredded potatoes are mixed with spices into a batter, then poured onto a hot griddle until they reach their signature shape and texture. Served with a side of sour cream and apple sauce. Full tray has 70-80 pieces, half tray has 30-40, depending on size.
