Our all-inclusive price of $2,499 contains everything below. Two skilled & friendly servers take care of everything — delivery, setup, up to 4 hours of service, and cleanup. Up to 1 hour travel distance from Garfield, NJ included.
Smoked Kielbasa
A showcase of our best homemade kielbasa, fire-roasted over an open flame for a stunning smoky flavor.
Smoked Meat Board
An assortment of hand-sliced meats, including our Smoked & Cooked Bacon (boczek) alongside our tender, lean Canadian Bacon (polędwica).
Charcuterie Platter
A collection of our homemade head cheeses (salceson), blood sausage (kiszka), roasted pork pâté, and liverwurst.
Beef Jerky Board
Our famous beef strips, marinated overnight in our signature spices, then fire-roasted over a hardwood flame for a juicy, smoky texture.
Cheese Platter
An assortment of imported cheeses such as Edam Rycki, Podlaski, Havarti, Złoty Mazur, Królewski, Muenster, Salami Cheese, and Brie.
Bread Platter
A spread of fresh-baked sliced traditional Polish breads, including rye, sunflower, multigrain, and wholemeal.
Pork Tallow
A savory bacon spread (smalec) made from fresh rendered bacon fat. Best enjoyed as a savory spread on rustic rye bread
Pickles & Mushrooms
Crunchy pickles (ogórki kiszone) and delicate marinated mushrooms (pieczarki) provide a tangy accompaniment.
Condiments
