BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Our mouth-watering baby back pork ribs are cut fresh on the premises by our own butchers, then coated in our secret spice rub. Then oven-roasted and smothered with our smoky mesquite BBQ sauce. Half tray contains approximately 2 racks or 20 ribs, full tray 40, cut individually. Whole rack has 10-12 ribs and weighs approximately 3 lbs.
