Mushroom Croquettes

These vegetarian "krokiety" are made with crêpe dough stuffed with imported Polish wild mushrooms and cooked sauerkraut, then breaded and lightly fried. Best served with mushroom soup or gravy. A full tray contains 24 regular, 48 mini. A half tray contains 12 regular, 24 mini.
